In one hand or splitted?

Dear all,

in Europe and as well in international context there is the discussion going on, if this stage of Supported Employment should be done separately by another person (SE worker, specialised JobCoach) or should be taken by the person (SE worker) who started the whole SE process with the person with disabilities.
There are different arguments for both sides, it is important to discuss it in your country with your special national challenges. In Austria for instance we have this separation of SE worker (for job seeking, job finding, employer engagement) and JobCoaches (for intensive support directly on the new working place).
